We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you do wish to return the goods for any reason, please do so within 14 days enclosing the order sheet sent with the order. Refunds are processed weekly but please allow up to 14 days, you will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.

We can only accept items that are returned unused with original tags attached and have not been worn or altered.
Sorry we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

Returns from the EU or worldwide must have a customs declaration attached stating returning goods originating from the EEC and the box OTHER ticked.

We are not liable for the payment of return postage.
